Your shoes, from Strava
Kilometres, pace and session types per pair, from your own runs. Only you can see this page's data.
Strava sync is not switched on yet. Meanwhile, My Trova lets you log kilometres per pair by hand.
Sign in to connect Strava. It takes an email link, no password.
Before you connect
- What we read: your shoes and their distance, and your runs from the last 90 days (date, distance, moving and elapsed time, top speed, Strava's workout tag, which shoe). No routes, maps, titles, photos, heart rate or other sports. Runs you set to "Only You" are never read.
- How: through Strava's API with the access you approve on Strava, and updates Strava sends us when you add, change or delete a run.
- Who sees it: only you, on this page and (if you switch them on) in shoe-nudge emails. Never other runners, never in totals across runners, never in adverts, never given to an AI model.
- How long: a cache of at most 7 days, refreshed when you visit. Deleted runs disappear within minutes.
- Stop any time: "Disconnect Strava" below (or revoke Trova at strava.com/settings/apps) deletes all your Strava data here; deleting your account deletes everything. We confirm deletion by email. Questions or a deletion request: hello@trova.run.

How session types are guessed. From your own runs only: races and long runs you tagged on Strava; long = well over your usual distance; tempo = at least 8% quicker than your usual pace; intervals = stop-start with fast surges. A rough guide, not a lab measurement.
Replacement range. 500–800 km is a rule of thumb many runners use, not a figure for any shoe. The outsole and how they feel are the better guide.
